We wanted to thank you again for taking the time to meet with us on Sunday. We think you will be able to create the cake of our dreams, we just have to dream it up. Your sample cakes were delicious; especially the chocolate and raspberry fillings and the cake seemed to be just the right weight.

Just a note to THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for the beautiful cake you so kindly made for my birthday.What a fantastic job you did decorating it. The inside was delicious too. You certainly do beautiful work. By the way, everyone thought you did a great job on the cake and cookies too. I kept two to show people.

You can save big $s by using the decoration that your location provides. Being the holiday season, many resorts and hotels are all decked out. You can ask if they would keep up the decorations a bit longer if your wedding is to be held a weekend or so after a major holiday. All they can do is say “no”.
