Who does the flowers on the cake? Many bakeries have their own florists that they employ to do the wedding cake and other bakers have the florist that you have hired for your wedding do the flowers. I have the florist do mine because they are the professional in this area and you have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, and a lot of time, working on the floral part of your wedding. The cake should tie in with what you are doing for bouquets and center pieces. That is why I work with the bridal florist to come up with flowers that compliments the cake. My delivery time corresponds with the floral delivery so at no time am I making the florist wait to decorate the cake.
